A Resource Project is a curiosity-led investigative studio. We do not simply tell stories or produce marketing content. The Three-Phase Master Protocol
We operate with an invisible workflow. We do not stage reality; we document the truth. To ensure our visual testimony is legally and ethically bulletproof, we adhere to a strict methodology:
Phase 1: Discovery & Ethical Clearances
Before a camera is raised, we establish rigorous Indigenous Data Sovereignty. Guided by OCAP® and CARE principles, we initiate reputational risk screenings, secure ongoing Free, Prior, and Informed Consent (FPIC), and ensure communities retain absolute ownership over their cultural knowledge.
Phase 2: Assurance-Ready Investigation
We capture raw, unscripted cinematic evidence, while concurrently curating physical, tactile materials directly from the environment. To satisfy external auditors, every photograph and physical relic is secured by a formal Chain of Custody, transforming art into verifiable data nodes.
Phase 3: Verification & Traceability
We move from perception to proof. Localized community feedback is systematically gathered and centralized. We ensure absolute digital traceability, linking reported ESG figures and narratives directly back to our visual source documents.

Our Engagement Model
We sell partnerships, not packages. No two systems are the same. Our model is structured to give you absolute precision, mitigating risk from day one:
1. The Initial Research & Discovery Fee
A fixed base fee. This crucial step funds Phase 1, allowing us to execute rigorous pre-production benchmarking, map out data sovereignty protocols, and secure all ethical clearances before our investigation begins.
2. The Investigation & Evidence Budget
Once clearances are secured, the remainder of the project is funded through a fully scalable fee tailored exactly to the geographic scope, travel requirements, and specific deliverables your board demands.
